*Volunteers are responsible for their own lodging (discounted lodging is available at the John Randall House) + event fees, but are reimbursed depending on the amount of hours they volunteer*

Volunteer Roles
All roles require fast thinkers, effective communicators, individuals with great time management, patience, open hearts and minds, and above all kindness.

Volunteers will support the WoCW 2019 Executive Director, Events, Hospitality, and Volunteer Coordinators. Brief descriptions of the volunteer roles are listed below, and more information will be provided upon receipt of your form.

Check-In: Check attendees in, register day-of attendees, cashiering, answer questions, and receive feedback.

Hosts: Manage the door at events, sell/collect tickets, maintain headcounts, direct VIP.

Workshop Support: Help workshop facilitators set up, provide support throughout workshops, and breakdown.

Hospitality Support: Provide directions to venues, knowledge of lodging and food options as well as the full WoCW 2019 schedule.

Collaborator Support: Greet Collaborators as they arrive in Provincetown, connect them with appropriate WoCW squad members, ensure they have what they need to perform/facilitate events.

Swag Manager: Manages all WoCW 2019 swag, keeps inventory of all swag and materials during WoCW 2019.

Tech Support: Manages WoCW devices such as registration iPads, walkie talkies, etc. Ensuring they are charged and keeping accurate inventory additionally troubleshooting any basic issues with tech.

Ambassadors
