Yellow Mustard
Celery Seed
Mustard Seed
White Vinegar
Salt &  Pepper

Medium Onion
Minced Garlic

Garlic Powder
Pink Salt or Kosher Salt

24 HOURS  BEFORE THE COOKING CLASS 

1. Peel 4 carrots rounding the edges

2. In a medium pot mix together 1 tablespoon Liquid Smoke, ½  cup of soy sauce, ½ cup Apple Cider Vinegar, 2 cloves Minced Garlic, 2 teaspoons Paprika, 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder , ½ cup Vegetable Broth, 2 tablespoons Agave

3. Add peeled carrots to mixture and boil for 8 minutes

4. Then remove carrots from marinade and rinse them in cold water (THIS IS AN IMPORTANT STEP)

5. Poke small holes in carrots with a fork and let marinate cool.

6. Place carrots and marinade in a ziplock bag and refrigerate for at least 12 hours
